Corporate Membership Benefits
The Y offers several options for Corporate Membership enrollment, including direct employee payment, company subsidized payments, and payroll deduction. To ensure a successful launch of the new membership benefit, an informational health fair can be planned for your employees at your office. If 10 or more of your employees (or for small businesses, 30% of the workforce) enroll as a Y member, employees will benefit from special corporate rates as well as:
- 100% off the joining fee
- 10% off monthly fees
- (5) Free annual guest passes for each employee
- Group volunteer and team-building opportunities
- Health/Wellness Assessments
- Community support through Corporate philanthropy/matching gifts program
