The YMCA of Superior California offers a variety of Nutrition Programs year-round at all of our locations. From cooking classes for the kids, to personalized nutrition services, workshops, and more! We are dedicated to the health and well-being of our members, from the inside out.

Between what you hear on TV, read in the news, and see in your everyday environment, eating well can seem like a real challenge. Our registered dietitian nutritionist (RD or RDN) will provide education on four relevant topics in nutrition and recommendations backed by research to help you develop a safe and realistic eating plan that you can stick with for the long haul. To guide and motivate you, our RDN will use creative and out-of-the-box strategies to help with meal planning, grocery shopping and mindful eating.
